At Rocky Mountain Warm Hands Initiative, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. However, due to the nature of our organization, all orders placed on our website are considered contributions to our mission. As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of our products.

Custom Orders All of our products are custom-made to order, which means they cannot be resold or reused. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any orders.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of the product. We will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. All sales are final.

Shipping Policy We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
