Firewood Processing - Boulder, CO

Service Description

Join us at our property on a beautiful Saturday in the mountains just west of Boulder! This activity is typically considered a full day event, although we can customize the time commitment to best fit your group. ALL volunteers will be provided with a FREE shirt! Be sure to include your size in the event registration. Time and exact address will be provided to registered parties via email. Roles we are seeking to fill with volunteers: Sawyers to buck up logs (chainsaw experience required, 18+) Personnel to organize/carry wood between equipment (open to all ages/abilities) Personnel to operate wood splitters (previous experience preferred, 18+) Covered canopies will be provided, as well as bathroom facilities, food and drink (include any dietary restrictions in registration notes), and safety equipment (if needed). Safety equipment required! Please let us know (in registration notes) if you need any of this provided. Safety goggles Work gloves Ear protection (muffs or plugs) Boots Chaps (only if utilizing a chainsaw)
